Leveraging nearly 20 years of business development experience\u2013 for the last five years, as the only Black female Chief Marketing &amp; Business Development Officer in ADR nationally, and one of only a handful in the legal industry \u2013 Marcie now leads an experienced founding team and a prominent and diverse panel of neutrals, as CEO and Founder of Alterity ADR.&nbsp;Marcie\u2019s work has been recognized by Bloomberg Law, The American Lawyer, and the American Bar Association. She is a guest host of the ABA Dispute Resolution Section\u2019s podcast, \u201cResolutions.\u201d She is also a member of the National Association of Women Lawyers, the National Bar Association, the American Marketing Association, and the Legal Marketing Association. Marcie is an executive member of the Atlanta Business Chronicle Leadership Trust and the Forbes Business Development Council, and an editorial advisory board member of Southern Lawyer. She is a proud graduate of the University of Virginia.
