On each event page, we will have a brochure or agenda available for download, depending on where we are in event planning. Full agendas are typically released two to three months prior to the event, though we send topics, panels, and keynote announcements all year long. Make sure you are getting updates via email by joining our event waitlists or downloading the event brochures.<\/p>\n

Kayo reserves room blocks at each luxury host hotel we select for our events (because who has time to worry about being comfortable?) Room blocks are limited and tend to sell out quickly. Hotels are listed on each event page, and \u201chow to book your room” instructions will be sent after you register.<\/p>\n
